Wolves is known for their blends incorporating whiskey distilled from beer. Their latest Signature Blend release is no exception. While heavier on 7- and 6-year-old rye whiskies, it also contains whiskey distilled from Stout beer, aged in used French Oak for 9 years, and whiskey distilled from a California Pale Ale, aged in used French Oak for 7 years. The resulting blend offers notes of honeysuckle, cherry, and vanilla on the nose, flavors of dark chocolate, citrus, and hops, and a lengthy, spicy finish. Limited to 990 9-liter cases, this hard-to-find release is now available through Uncrate's licensed partners.
