Made from volcanic stone, Verve Culture's Molcajete prepares and serves traditional dishes the authentic way. The rugged surface of the mortar and pestle grinds and mixes ingredients as they did centuries ago, bringing out the natural oils in seasoning for meats or infusing flavor in guacamole and salsa. Like cast-iron, it continues to season over time and is oven safe, but will also need to be cured before use.
