Timex's Marlin began in the 1950s as a simple, water-resistant watch and became a centerpiece of the brand's collection in the 1960s. When Timex revived it in 2017, with its first hand-wound watch in decades, the reissue sold out almost immediately. The Marlin Neo Classic Chronograph is a nod to that mid-century original. Its 40 mm steel case is water-resistant to 164 feet and topped with a domed acrylic crystal. The silver dial pairs applied Arabic numerals with light blue sub-dials for seconds and 24-hour time, and scales around the edge measure speed and distance. A stopwatch is built in, and quick-release spring bars let you change the brown leather strap without tools.
