The Timex Giorgio Galli S1 was the firm's first timepiece to bear the name of their Creative Director and pushed the brand into new territory. The Giorgio Galli S2 does the same. Timex's first Swiss-made watch in over four decades, it's proudly minimal, with an injection-molded stainless steel skeleton case that incorporates a titanium caseback and center insert. The onyx-black dial has applied markers that form an inner ring, with slender, elegant hands and minimal branding. A dependable Swiss-made Sellita SW200-1 automatic movement powers the proceedings, which are finished off with a double-domed sapphire crystal, exhibition caseback, and black rubber strap.
