The Macallan TIME : SPACE Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky

Two decades of maturation and a historic partnership with Spanish sherry producer Valdespino distinguish The Macallan TIME : SPACE Sherry Cask. The 20-year-old single malt begins its journey in sherry-seasoned oak casks before undergoing a second marrying period in casks seasoned with The Macallan's own Valdespino sherry. Selected from the first 200 casks prepared at the Valdespino bodega in Jerez de la Frontera, they arrived in Scotland during The Macallan's bicentennial celebrations in 2024. This dual-stage approach marks a new chapter in the distillery's longstanding relationship with Spanish oak and sherry craftsmanship.
