Enjoy the flavors of the Brew In Reverse Direction technique with this glass and metal machine.
Non-bypass brewing is a favorite of coffee aficionados. Weber Workshops builds on it with the BIRD. An acronym for Brew In Reverse Direction, it's the first non-bypass brewer to create piston-driven vacuum brews inside a glass device. Its ingenious Claw mechanism serves as the agitator when brewing, and then as the lifting mechanism, keeping even pressure on the outer edge. This ensures even vacuum pressure and provides complete control over extraction. Crafted from thick borosilicate glass with a stainless brewing pod and drive shaft, anodized aluminum cap and handle, and a solid brass wingnut and crown, it's a remarkably well-crafted design that should work for years.
