CW&T encases the iconic Casio F-91W in resin for a watch that does only one thing: tell time.

New York design studio CW&T took the Casio F-91W, a $25 watch unchanged since 1989, and permanently cast its movement into a hand-poured transparent resin case. The result is completely sealed: no buttons, no adjustments, no battery changes for a decade, and waterproof in a way no gasket-dependent watch can match. You set your timezone once at checkout, and that's that. To celebrate the F-91W's inability to account for leap years, a fluorescent orange dot cheekily covers the date display. Each piece is cast individually in their Brooklyn studio, so no two are identical.
