The Perfecto model 626VN is the quintessential motorcycle jacket made by an iconic American brand.
First introduced in 1928, the Schott NYC "Perfecto" (named for founder Irving Schott's favorite type of cigar) is the quintessential motorcycle jacket. In the 40s, the brand evolved the style to the three pocket design or the "One Star" with a small coin flap pocket that was a custom option that later became a standard feature. The mainstream took note when Marlon Brandon donned the jacket while starring in The Wild One in 1953 and its popularity hasn't waned since. Made in the USA, the hand-vintaged jacket uses semi-aniline cowhide to resist the elements, while an attached belt, zippered sleeve cuffs, and a durable 100% cotton flannel lining sewn into the body of the jacket to assist with wind protection. In keeping with their original custom style, the Perfecto model 626VN is lighter than other models and is designed to fit tighter than most for a classic bold look. The iconic American garment is finished with nickel-plated brass hardware.
