There’s an impressive amount of engineering hidden inside the Shadow Parka, but its character comes from the materials. Private White V.C. builds it in Manchester from 100% Ventile® cotton, a densely woven fabric originally developed for extreme conditions and famously worn on the first successful ascent of Mount Everest. A waterproof construction with taped seams protects the down-filled interior, while a high-rise merino shearling collar, cashmere-lined hand-warmer pockets, and military-grade copper hardware bring an unmistakably luxurious finish. Even the Ventile® is designed to age with use, developing a soft patina and gentle fading that make each parka increasingly individual.
