The latest Orphan Barrel release is a 14-year-old single malt scotch from the Scottish Highlands.
The Teaninich Distillery started over 200 years ago in the Highlands of Scotland, overlooking the shores of the Cromarty Firth. Teaninich distilled this single malt scotch and let it mature for 14 years in European oak casks. Rescuers of forgotten gems, Orphan Barrel stepped in and bottled the whisky and told its story. The bottle's label features a water horse that pays tribute to a Scottish legend and also symbolizes the summoning of water and Scotland's rich history of cultivating the land for barley.
