Opinel No. 9 Oyster Knife

One of Opinel's most versatile designs, the No. 9 Oyster sees this pocket blade become a portable kitchen tool. The blade measures well over two inches long, but only the final 0.59" — including the centered tip — is sharpened, making it ideal for opening its namesake mollusk and other shellfish.
