The Opinel No. 8 has been a utilitarian legend for more than a century. This updated version of the iconic folding pocket knife adds a black matte finish to the Viroblock locking ring and the Sandvik steel blade, which makes it more resistant than a classic blade. Each knife is made at the Opinel plant in Savoie, France, and is finished with a French oak handle that pairs perfectly with the dark matte steel.
