Made using select agaves from the Amatitán Valley and traditional techniques, Nueveuno Añejo Deep Organic Kosher Tequila is a delightfully complex sip. The agaves are cooked in stone/brick ovens and then undergo roller mill extraction before distillation in stainless steel pots. After resting for up to two years in American oak barrels, the spirit takes on a bright copper color and vanilla, maple, fruit, and floral flavors.
