Peat Smoke Expression Rum begins with carefully selected column and pot still rums aged 8 to 15 years. The blend then spends additional time maturing in peated whisky casks from Islay, Scotland for an additional six months. Limited to 6,120 total bottles, the Rum is a balanced dram that highlights the best of both worlds, with notes of salt and smoke along with chocolate and vanilla.
