Launched in 2019, the Wood Finishing Series has highlighted unique whiskeys that use wood-stave finishing techniques. The 2025 release celebrates the warehouse team at Star Hill Farm, who oversee the maturation of each barrel of whiskey. The bourbon uses virgin oak staves for the finishing technique before being bottled at a robust 112.6 proof. The Keeper's Release is a complex bourbon with notes of brûléed sugar, dried fruit, and seasoned oak.
