LEGO Technic teamed with NASA and ESA to build a functional 632-piece model of the Artemis moon rocket. It demonstrates the 3-stage separation process through a hand crank mechanism. Turn it to watch the solid rocket boosters detach from the core stage, followed by the upper stage with engine module, Orion spacecraft, and launch abort system. Standing 27.5 inches tall, the build includes 4 astronaut nanofigures, blue flame details, and an information panel for display. The set introduces a new Technic connector piece designed for the fusilli worm gear system, making it the first Technic set to use this mechanism.
