Released annually from a selection of barrels given extra time to mature in the distillery’s steel barns, this 2026 edition is bottled at an imposing 141 proof, uncut and unfiltered. The extreme Texas heat pushes the bourbon deeper into the oak, concentrating its color, sweetness, and character along the way. What emerges is powerful but remarkably layered, with rich sweetness, bold oak, and a lingering peppery warmth.
