Designed in 1970, Mario Bellini's MoMA-worthy RR321 Totem is getting a reissue from Brionvega.
Originally penned by Mario Bellini in 1970, the RR231 Totem was a cutting-edge design at the time. A perfect cube, it unfolded to reveal speakers mounted like wings on either side with both a turntable and AM/FM radio housed in the base. Part of MoMA's permanent design collection, it's a true classic, and to celebrate its 50+ years, Brionvega has reissued an updated version. Numbered and signed by Bellini himself, the new version retains the turntable and radio, but upgrades the speakers to three-way units, and adds RCA inputs and both RCA and USB outputs. Made in Italy from hand-lacquered PDF wood.
