Originally introduced in 2020, Shinola's Duck skin diving watch is getting a makeover with the Duck 1040. The Arabic numerals of the original have been replaced by simple indexes filled with C3 lume, just like the hour and minute hands. The unidirectional rotating bezel is now flat and smaller, as is the stainless steel case, which goes from 42mm to 40mm. Powered by an Argonite 715 quartz movement that runs the three hands and date window at 3 o'clock, the watch is water resistant to 100m and sits on a tropic-style rubber strap with a basketweave texture and perforations for breathability.
