After the distillation of fresh-pressed sugarcane juice, the spirit spends four years maturing in ex-bourbon barrels. It's then transferred to Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for an additional year, giving it loads of complexity along with some subtle sweetness and depth. The rum is then bottled at a robust 114.6 proof for a spirit that is unlike any you've tried.
