Designed by F.A. Porsche in collaboration with renowned Austria chef Jörg Wörther, this carving set arrives just in time for the holidays. The two-piece set is made from 301 Japanese steel with a seamless transition from blade to handle. Both the included P05 and the P17 are refined using a special grinding method to keep them sharp longer while remaining easy to sharpen when needed. They also feature a metal "pearl" at the end of the handle for better control when carving the Thanksgiving turkey or Christmas roast.
