Distilled in 1999 and aged a remarkable 25 years, this straight rye represents the pinnacle of the Lock Stock & Barrel legacy. Drawn from Cooper Spirits' rare "honey barrels" hand-selected by the late Rob Cooper at Alberta Distillers, it showcases a 100% rye mashbill made from Alberta-grown grain, fermented with koji, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. The oldest rye whiskey available, it was aged in char 3.5 barrels and bottled non-chill filtered at 55.5% ABV. This unique spirit delivers unparalleled depth and complexity—an extraordinary release for both collectors and connoisseurs.
