Editor’s Note

Jens Risom's designs were the first created for and manufactured by Knoll. Due to material restrictions at the time of its wartime debut, it was originally crafted with a simple maple frame and discarded parachute webbing. This modern version is thankfully more refined, with a walnut frame, heavy-duty, 100% natural cotton webbing, and is Greenguard certified for sustainable materials and manufacturing.
