Flecha Azul Anejo Cristalino Tequila

Eighteen months in American oak give Fortaleza Añejo the time to build serious depth while keeping cooked agave at the center of the profile. Made from 100% agave at NOM 1493, the tequila follows a traditional production process, with agave cooked in a stone-and-brick oven, crushed entirely by stone, fermented in open-air wood tanks, and double distilled in copper pots. Caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, and cooked agave lead the aroma, while citrus, toffee, hazelnut, and baked agave carry through a thick, oily palate. Hand-blown Mexican glass completes the presentation.
