Created for Don Fulano's 20th Anniversary, this additive-free tequila is aged in sherry casks.
The ancestors of the Fonseca family started cultivating agave in the Jalisco Highlands 140 years ago. The family continues that tradition today at the renowned La Tequileña distillery, where they make Don Fulano tequila. This limited 20th anniversary release is a blend of three estate-grown and bottled batches aged in Oloroso and Amontillado sherry casks. Made from only three ingredients — hand-selected mature agave, proprietary yeast, and natural spring volcanic water — it's a complex, rewarding sipper with flavors of fruit, pepper, caramel, citrus, and roasted agave, with a nutty, slightly sweet finish.
