Born from only 70 barrels, this bonded rye whiskey bears the fingerprints of a legendary distiller and brand.
Known for helping to resurrect the Four Roses brand decades ago, Jim Rutledge's latest reclamation project is Cream of Kentucky. A leading brand nearly a century ago, Cream of Kentucky returns with this 100% Rymin rye: grown, distilled, aged, and bottled in Crestwood, Kentucky. This bottled-in-bond release carries a six-year age statement and emerges from only 70 select barrels. Classic rye aromas like spearmint and black pepper burst from each glass, with tasting notes that include cinnamon and anise, followed by a mellow allspice finish.
