Two expressions of Colorado bourbon show what happens when every stage of production stays close to home. This set pairs Woody Creek's classic Colorado Straight Bourbon, made from 100% Colorado grain and aged at least five years, with a more rye-forward expression aged five to seven years in new American oak. Both are distilled, aged, and bottled on-site in Basalt using Rocky Mountain water, with the pair spanning a softer profile of vanilla, honey, and toasted oak and a bolder pour built around rye spice, depth, and structure.
