Distilling high-quality scotch for over a century isn't a small feat. And Speyside distiller's The Glen Grant has not only done that but have excelled and carved out a significant reputation as one of the best in their crowded field. Their latest release spent 25 years aging in a combination of American oak Bourbon barrels and Oloroso Sherry casks in their traditional stone dunnage warehouses. The result is a fruity, floral single malt with notes of nutmeg, oak, and dark chocolate with a subtle smoky finish.
