As timekeeper of the World Athletics Championships 23, the SFJ007 marks seconds down to the 1/100th.
Time, down to the 1/100th of a second -- that's what the Seiko Prospex SFJ007 is capable of. As the official timekeeper of the World Athletics Championships 23 in Budapest, accuracy is paramount, and the SFJ007 delivers, with four subdials that mark 1/10, 1/100, seconds, and up to 60 minutes of elapsed time. Activating the "Mode" pusher puts the watch in chronograph mode, moving the hands of the time of day subdial to the 12 o'clock position, measuring elapsed time in minutes, while the split time function is activated by the pusher at 10 o'clock. The textured black face takes inspiration from track surfaces and is set with four subdials, surrounded by a black stainless steel case with a screwdown caseback engraved with the production serial number. The ultra-accurate 8A50 solar-powered quartz movement has a power reserve of up to 6 months when fully charged.
