Seiko gives its Speedtimer lineup a ceramic and stealthy makeover with the solar-powered SSC923.
Seiko Prospex Speedtimer line is famous for its robust chronographs and innovative designs. Reference SSC923 is not stranger to that heritage. It's powered by a V192 solar quartz movement offering six months of power on a full charge, providing operation for a running-second display, date at 4:30, 24-hour subdial, and a 1/5-second chronograph. The 41mm PVD-black stainless steel case has a ceramic bezel and a water-resistance rating of 100m, as well as green LumiBrite on the hands and indices that provide night vision goggle-like readability, hence the nickname given to this extremely stealthy yet handsome modern interpretation of a Seiko Speedtimer.
