Octo Blue takes the depth of an añejo and strips away the color, leaving a crystal-clear tequila with plenty of character intact. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, it spends extended time in oak barrels, developing layers of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and gentle spice before undergoing Cristalino filtration. The process removes the barrel color while preserving the aged tequila's flavor and aroma, resulting in a silky, full-bodied spirit with a remarkably clean appearance. Honeyed agave and soft spice carry through the palate into a long, polished finish.
