Ib Kofod Larsen Danish Modern Teak Executive Desk

A generous 63-inch work surface gives this Ib Kofod-Larsen desk an impressive presence, but its suspended drawer cabinets and slender tapered legs keep the overall profile surprisingly light. Solid teak drawer fronts feature deeply sculpted integrated pulls that create a rhythmic pattern across the facade, while the shaped apron and softly rounded structural elements show the attention to proportion that defines Kofod-Larsen's work. Finished on all sides, it can float in a room rather than sit against a wall. Professionally restored by Hobbs Modern, the teak has been refinished to bring out its natural grain and warm luster.
