Common Projects marks every shoe with the same signature: a ten-digit gold number stamped into the heel, the only branding the label allows on an otherwise unmarked shoe, recognizable enough within footwear circles to be compared to a Nike swoosh. This Chelsea boot comes in three colorways, Tan, Dark Brown, and Off Black, each with a round toe, a back pull tab, and elasticized side gores that let the boot slip on without laces or buckles. The suede upper is lined in leather with a leather insole underneath, set on a rubber sole. Every pair is made in Italy, where the brand has crafted its shoes for over twenty years.
