CANISTER 135

CANISTER 135 is a polished 304 stainless steel 35mm film canister case for one standard 35mm / 135 still photography cartridge. It can hold a fresh or exposed cartridge when you want one roll separated, visible, and protected from ordinary shelf, desk, and bag handling. An empty cartridge may be kept as a memento; developed negatives need separate storage.

The canister is made from a one-piece round stainless steel body that is lathed, milled, polished, and finished with a threaded machined cap. The diamond-knurled cap gives grip; the 122 g weight gives the object presence beside metal cameras, lenses, scanners, notebooks, and prints.

A fitted silicone gasket helps resist dust and incidental moisture during normal use. CANISTER 135 is water resistant, not waterproof. It is not for submersion, not airtight, not climate-controlled, and not X-ray or CT scanner proof. Keep film cool and dry, and ask for hand inspection when traveling with important rolls.
