"The balmuda products I purchased are not as high quality as I expected. Great looks and packaging, but very poor performance. The clock can’t be loaded on app, the toaster won’t work( tried using it still new) and have yet to to try grill and teapot. Would sent it all back but was gone when package arrived and did not until return period lapsed. BIG MISTAKE!!! On purchase."
