Eight dark chocolate truffles made daily in Brooklyn without dairy, refined sugar, or shortcuts. Fine & Raw sources organic cacao beans from farmer co-ops in Ghana and Ecuador, processing at low temperatures to preserve flavor compounds that high-heat methods destroy. Coconut sugar and agave provide sweetness, coconut oil and olive oil add texture, and sea salt balances the cacao's natural bitterness. The truffles stay vegan and plant-based, avoiding palm oil and mass-production additives. Founded in 2007 by Daniel Sklaar in a Williamsburg loft, the operation grew from bicycle deliveries to local shops into a full East Williamsburg factory where every batch is still made by hand.
