Isamu Noguchi's iconic balancing act presented with a sleek black base.
Originally a sculptor, Isamu Noguchi applied his artistic know-how to furniture design. His balance of art and function is showcased in the Noguchi Table. Produced in 1946, the piece features a base made from two pieces of solid wood with a black finish. Each one features a curved form and appears to be lightly resting on one another, creating a sculptural quality. A 3.25-inch piece of plated glass balancing on top completes the timeless masterpiece.
