A versatile cleaver edge gives this knife a unique look and added utility.
A cleaver is generally thought of as a chef's tool. Gerber's Flatiron folder takes it out of the kitchen and into your pocket. Its cleaver-style blade is made from 7Cr17MoV, stonewash-finished steel, and is complemented by a large finger choil and a reverse curvature spine that keeps knuckles away from the cutting surface. Machined aluminum is used for the scales, and the knife is finished with a thumb hole for one-handed opening, a frame lock, and a pocket clip.
