The first spacewalk by an American astronaut is captured in this limited-edition framed print
Just another day at the office. In June 1965, astronauts James McDivitt and Ed White orbited the Earth for four days and made the first spacewalk by an American, when White floated outside and connected to the capsule by a tether for 23 minutes. Tragically, White was killed along with two other astronauts in a fire during a test for Apollo 1, which White was scheduled to fly. This stunning large format black-and-white print on Fuji crystal paper captures White outside the capsule and comes matted in a handmade wooden black or white frame. Limited to 495 examples.
