Mechanical watch movements are a sight to behold. They're normally hidden by a dial, however; only visible through a sapphire caseback if you're lucky. The Seiko SII NH70-L movement that powers the D1 Milano Skeleton is visible from the back and the front, thanks to its namesake spiral-shaped dial that provides views of the workings within. The stainless steel case has a brushed gunmetal grey finish, as do the bezel, hour and minute hands, and matching bracelet.
