2023 Texas Toast, from The Austin Winery in Texas, picked at Paradis Vineyards in the Texas Hill Country, a 100% Viognier frizzante (semi-sparkling) wine. With 7 days of skin contact, it is all about fun and flavor.

2021 La Peau de L'Ours Chinon, from Domaine de la Marinière in France's Loire Valley. A 100% Cabernet Franc red wine from 30+ year-old vines. Carbonically macerated, making it light, chillable, and juicy.

2019 Pequeñas Parcelas Tinto, from Bodegas Gil Berzal in the Rioja Valley of Spain. 100% Tempranillo red wine, fermented in concrete egg, and 50% aged in French Oak for 12 months.
