Shoes don't have to incorporate the latest technologies to be comfortable. Made in Italy since 1820, Astorflex's Rampiflex chukka relies on centuries-old techniques to provide lasting comfort. The upper is crafted from velvet-smooth 2.5mm Vacchetta suede, paired with a Para sole that's made manually by assembling several layers of natural rubber and modeling them to form. The resulting outsole is flexible, cushioned, and comfortable. A removable vegetable-tanned calfskin further enhances comfort, while two sets of laces — one leather and one waxed cotton — allow for slight customization of the classic casual silhouette.
