The process involves blending barrels into a batch and bottling it at barrel strength — uncut and unfiltered. This year's batch clocks in at 121.2 proof, a significant uptick from the standard 90.4, and offers tasters a rare chance to try Woodford exactly as it is straight from the barrel.
