Adding smoke to a favorite cocktail can open up all-new flavors and enjoyment. It can also be a fussy process. This puck is made from whiskey barrel heads sourced from a Kentucky distillery, CNC'd to cut the vents and locaters, and then sanded and finished by hand. Set the puck on top of a suitable glass pre-filled with the cocktail, fill the center with wood chips, and fire them using a portable torch to create the beverage.
