Inspired by Gjon Mili's photographs of ice skaters with tiny lights on their skates, Pablo Picasso created his "light drawings" series in 1949. The artist used a small electric light to draw pictures of centaurs, bulls, Greek profiles, and his signature in a darkened room, as two cameras with the shutters open captured the streaks of light. The art vanished immediately, leaving only the photographs like this one of what looks like a man running tod display. Printed to order on Fuji crystal archive paper, numbered and certified, and comes encased inside a hand-made solid wood black frame that's ready to hang. Limited edition of 495.
