Forged in Seki, Japan, using 400-year-old techniques, the Hinoki E1 Chef's Knife is in a class of its own. The kitchen essential is handcrafted from three layers of VG-10 steel, creating a durable blade with a Rockwell Hardness rating of 61. Its convex shape makes clean, precise cuts and boasts unparalleled sharpness and edge retention.
